Orders placed Saturday + Sunday will be posted out via Australia Post on Monday.

Taxes & Duties
For all international orders, applicable taxes and duties are calculated and collected at checkout — so there are no surprise charges on delivery. The amount displayed at checkout is what you pay; no additional fees will be required to receive your parcel.

Click & Collect
Click & Collect is available from our Birchip store during shop hours. Please wait until you receive a notification your order is ready before you come to collect. All in stock items are usually available to collect within 24 hrs. We ask you collect your order within two weeks of purchasing in case you want to return or exchange it.
Return Shipping on Exchanges
We don't cover the cost of getting an item back to us if you need to exchange the item. We do need to know before you send back to us what you're sending back so please email us to let us know your order number and why.
If you receive your item and it's damaged or faulty please contact us again via email at hello@sarestore.com.au so we can get this shipped back to us and we will pay for shipping back to us.

Full-priced items
If you need to return a full-priced item, we offer a store credit to use on a future purchase. Items must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery, unworn and with original tags attached. Return postage is at the customer’s expense.
Once your return is received and approved, your store credit will be issued and can be used online or in-store.
Faulty items
In the unlikely event your item is faulty, a refund will be provided in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Exchanges & sizing
If you’d like to exchange for a different size, we’re always happy to help where stock allows. If your preferred size is available, we can issue a store credit so you can repurchase the correct size easily.
If you’re unsure about sizing before ordering, feel free to reach out — we’re more than happy to help you choose the best fit.
Sale items
Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit, so we recommend choosing carefully.
