Order Processing & Shipping:
We process and ship orders every business day, often within hours. Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our fulfilment queue to be picked, packed, and shipped.
Because of this fast turnaround, order cancellations or changes are not guaranteed.
Even if you contact us after purchase, your order may already be processed or shipped before we see your message.
Emails and messages are reviewed between 10am–5pm AEST, Monday–Friday.
Messages sent outside these hours will be responded to the following business day. Please do not contact us via social media regarding order changes, exchanges or faults as we have hundreds of messages on our socials and we may not see the message.

Can I Cancel My Order?
No - once an order has been fulfilled, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. We ship and pack orders same day and within the same hour of that being ordered.
We are a small business and each cancellation incurs processing and payment fees that we cannot absorb. For this reason, we cannot offer cancellations for change of mind or incorrect purchase.
If you contact us very quickly and your order has not yet been fulfilled, we may be able to assist - but this is not guaranteed.

Returns for Store Credit:
For change of mind or sizing issues, we offer store credit only.
We do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty, as required under Australian Consumer Law. No returns will be done via social media, text messages, facebook. We will need you to complete the online returns portal on our website.
Return Postage:
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
Store credit is issued once the item has been received and inspected by Sare Store.

Refunds for Faulty Items:
If an item is faulty, we will refunded or we will replace it and we will cover shipping costs for this.
Please contact us with photos and your order details so we can assist promptly.
Please don't do a returns through our website this needs to be assessed and through email only.
