If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Full-priced items
If you need to return a full-priced item, we offer a store credit to use on a future purchase. Items must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery, unworn and with original tags attached. Return postage is at the customer’s expense.

Once your return is received and approved, your store credit will be issued and can be used online or in-store.

Faulty items
In the unlikely event your item is faulty, a refund will be provided in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Exchanges & sizing
If you’d like to exchange for a different size, we’re always happy to help where stock allows. If your preferred size is available, we can issue a store credit so you can repurchase the correct size easily.
If you’re unsure about sizing before ordering, feel free to reach out — we’re more than happy to help you choose the best fit.

Sale items
Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit, so we recommend choosing carefully.

SALE ITEMS - We do not offer credit notes or exchanges on sale items. So choose carefully. Sale items are a final sale + returns will not be accepted for a change of mind we're sorry, these are at such a low price we hope you understand.

 

FAULTY ITEMS- If the product is faulty, please email us at hello@sarestore.com.au to organise a refund or replacement for the faulty item. This will be for manufacturing faults only, not wear and tear.

 

EXCHANGE & RETURNS - All items must have tags still on, not worn and still in brand condition to get an exchange. If we don't have the correct size in stock to give an exchange on the same style we will issue you a store credit you the amount paid. The item must have tags, be unworn, unwashed and be in the original condition to be able to exchange. The postage cost to have this item returned is on you to have sent back when repurchasing the item. We hope you understand. 

 

HYGIENE - Sare Store unfortunately do not offer credit notes or exchanges on pierced jewellery, underwear, socks, or swim wear unless the goods are deemed to be faulty by the manufacture. Shoes that are returned for exchange must be unworn & in the original shoe box with the packaging on shoe.

 

STORE CREDIT - Store credit on a return/exchange product will be the price you paid for the product (if there was a discount applied or on sale you will not get more than what you paid for the item) Once you receive your store credit and has been accepted, you will have a code to spend your credit and this has no expiry date on it. Just keep your code handy as we issue hundreds of these.

 

MY PRODUCT COLOUR LOOKS SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT TO THE PHOTO/MODEL? If you are purchasing a printed dress or style we cannot guarantee that it will be the exact same as the photos due to dying and colour may slightly differ. The lighting when we take photos can also make a colour look slightly different. We always try our best to make sure each style has the exact same print but some may vary with each size etc. If these items are on sale we don't receive any refund or exchange. If the item is full price we can exchange for you or offer you a store credit. We don't issue refunds. 

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We want you to love what you order from Sarë. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how international returns work:
What we accept
• Full-price items returned within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
• Items must be in original condition (no makeup marks, perfume, deodorant, pet hair, etc.)
What we don’t accept
Ⓧ Sale items (final sale)
Ⓧ Swimwear, intimates, earrings, or beauty products (hygiene reasons)
Ⓧ Items returned after 14 days
Ⓧ Items returned without prior approval
How to return:
1. Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your order. To request a return or head to our RETURNS portal and lodge your return there. 
2. Once approved, we’ll provide the return address
3. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend tracked shipping - we cannot refund items lost in transit
4. Once we receive your return in original condition, we’ll process your store credit within 1-2 business days.
Important to know:
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Only the cost of the item(s) will be refunded on what you paid. If a discount was applied you will only get what you paid for the items with a store credit. 
• Customs duties and import taxes paid by you are not refundable by Sare. You may be able to claim these back from your local customs authority.
• We do not offer free exchanges on international orders. If you’d like a different size or colour, please return your original item for a store credit and place a new order.
Faulty or incorrect items:
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll work with you to make it right.

HERE'S WHAT TO DO:

Click onto the RETURNS tab on the home page of our website.

Enter Order Number & Email Address - Wait to receive a Return Number (RMA#) in your emails.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please include your order invoice and ensure all the original tags and labels are attached to your item


To start a return, head to our returns portal and enter order number # and email address. Shipping fees will be up to the customer to pay for.

Shipping on an item over $200 will also not be free for the second time. The parcel needs to be tracked by you and make it back to us, that isn't our responsibility to track once you send this. 

Please be patient, we have a lot of customers exchanging and returning we will get to this within a few business days. We will send you an email with a store code to use so keep an eye out in your inbox if not in your spam folder so you don't miss it.

AUS POST SHIPPING INFO:

Once a parcel has left Sare Store, it is the property of Australia Post, however if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we can do all we possibly can to track and find your parcel for you.

The tracking number is sent to you once your parcel has been sent so we advise to keep an eye on your parcel.
