Luna Sole Palace - Brown/Creme Suede

This classy Luna Sole Palace point is made from the softest European kid suede and is a must-have addition to your wardrobe. We have added the highest quality memory foam under the foot as well as flexibility through the mid sole, which gives surprising comfort in a smart dress point!

Complementing the chic design and pointed outline is a kid suede tassel that gives the unique Luna Sole European style.

True to size, our customers are sticking to their normal size and the fit is perfect. You don't need to size up for the point, these are so comfy you won't want to take them off. Once you have one pair, you'll want them in every colour.

Shipping

We process online orders during shop opening hours. Order before 1pm for same day dispatch.

Orders placed Saturday + Sunday will be posted out via Australia Post on Monday.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available from our Birchip store during shop hours. Please wait until you receive a notification your order is ready before you come to collect. All in stock items are usually available to collect within 24 hrs. We ask you collect your order within two weeks of purchasing in case you want to return or exchange it.

Return Shipping on Exchanges

We don't cover the cost of getting an item back to us if you need to exchange the item. We do need to know before you send back to us what you're sending back so please email us to let us know your order number and why.

If you receive your item and it's damaged or faulty please contact us again via email at hello@sarestore.com.au so we can get this shipped back to us and we will pay for shipping back to us.

Full-priced items
If you need to return a full-priced item, we offer a store credit to use on a future purchase. Items must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery, unworn and with original tags attached. Return postage is at the customer’s expense.

Once your return is received and approved, your store credit will be issued and can be used online or in-store.

Faulty items
In the unlikely event your item is faulty, a refund will be provided in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Exchanges & sizing
If you’d like to exchange for a different size, we’re always happy to help where stock allows. If your preferred size is available, we can issue a store credit so you can repurchase the correct size easily.
If you’re unsure about sizing before ordering, feel free to reach out — we’re more than happy to help you choose the best fit.

Sale items
Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit, so we recommend choosing carefully.
