The Willow Gum & Lemon Myrtle Hand & Body Lotion Refill allows you to replenish your al.ive Hand & Body Lotion with ease while reducing plastic consumption.

Enriched with Lemon Myrtle Leaf Extract, Eucalyptus Oil, Aloe Vera Juice and Glycerin, the nourishing formula helps soften and hydrate the skin, leaving it feeling smooth, replenished and delicately scented.

Made from post-consumer recycled plastic, this refill offers a more conscious way to enjoy your favourite products while extending the life of your al.ive bottles.

Size / Materials
Our 650 ml bottles are made from 100% Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) HDPE plastic and are fully kerbside recyclable. The bottle label is made from PP with 30% post-industrial waste and can be left on during recycling. The cap is made from PP with a PE liner and is also recyclable when left attached.

Orders placed Saturday + Sunday will be posted out via Australia Post on Monday.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available from our Birchip store during shop hours. Please wait until you receive a notification your order is ready before you come to collect. All in stock items are usually available to collect within 24 hrs. We ask you collect your order within two weeks of purchasing in case you want to return or exchange it.

Return Shipping on Exchanges

We don't cover the cost of getting an item back to us if you need to exchange the item. We do need to know before you send back to us what you're sending back so please email us to let us know your order number and why.

If you receive your item and it's damaged or faulty please contact us again via email at hello@sarestore.com.au so we can get this shipped back to us and we will pay for shipping back to us.

Returns & Exchanges

Full-priced items
If you need to return a full-priced item, we offer a store credit to use on a future purchase. Items must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery, unworn and with original tags attached. Return postage is at the customer’s expense.

Once your return is received and approved, your store credit will be issued and can be used online or in-store.

Faulty items
In the unlikely event your item is faulty, a refund will be provided in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Exchanges & sizing
If you’d like to exchange for a different size, we’re always happy to help where stock allows. If your preferred size is available, we can issue a store credit so you can repurchase the correct size easily.
If you’re unsure about sizing before ordering, feel free to reach out — we’re more than happy to help you choose the best fit.
