The al.ive body White Tea & Argan Oil shampoo refill contains a luxurious blend of naturally derived ingredients, fortified with essential oils and native botanical extracts.

Our 1L refill pouches are designed to refill your existing al.ive body bottles whilst helping to reduce the amount of plastic used. Our refill pouches use 85% less plastic and refill your 500ml bottles twice or 300ml bottles three times.

The al.ive body Australian made hand, body & hair range combines product purity with designer aesthetics to stimulate your senses and shape your surroundings. Our Shampoo & Conditioner is proudly made with no silicones or sulfates.

  • Silicones can cause a build up, preventing nutrients from targeting the hair, leaving it dry and damaged.
  • Sulphates can strip the hair of natural moisture and compromise colour treated hair.

This expertly crafted Shampoo is infused with nourishing Argan Oil and antioxidant-rich White Tea Extract to cleanse and moisturise the hair.

Shipping

We process online orders during shop opening hours. Order before 1pm for same day dispatch.

Orders placed Saturday + Sunday will be posted out via Australia post on Monday.

 

Australian Shipping

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $200
  • Express Shipping Available for $15
  • We ship eligible orders via Auspost and we ship orders daily from our store located at 31 Cumming Avenue Birchip 3483 VIC.

 

International Shipping

New Zealand 🇳🇿  - We now ship to NZ at a shipping cost of $18.50 AUD for Standard Shipping and Express $33.50 AUD. Orders to NZ are currently taking between 5–10 business days to arrive once they depart our store.

US 🇺🇸  - We offer two options for shipping to the US. We have Express shipping through Australia Post for $45 AUD (4–8 business days) and Standard shipping for $30 AUD (15–25 business days).

Please include your phone number with shipping address if you are choosing Express International delivery. 

Most international orders are delivered between 15 and 25 business days, but please get in touch if you have any questions at hello@sarestore.com.au 

Please note we are not responsible for any additional duties or taxes that need to be paid on your parcel before you receive it. Please check your local laws before ordering from us. 

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available from our Birchip store during shop hours. Please wait until you receive a notification your order is ready before you come to collect. All in stock items are usually available to collect within 24 hrs. We ask you collect your order within two weeks of purchasing in case you want to return or exchange it.

Return Shipping on Exchanges

We don't cover the cost of getting an item back to us if you need to exchange the item. We do need to know before you send back to us what your sending back so please email us to let us know your order number and why.

If you receive your item and its damaged or faulty please contact us again via email at hello@sarestore.com.au so we can get this shipped back to us and we will pay for shipping back to us. 

 

We are very sorry we don't offer refunds for full priced items. We will ask you kindly to post back to our store and we will give you a store credit to spend with us. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Outside of this time, all sales are deemed final. Return postage is at the customers expense.

Once your return has been processed you will be issued with an online credit for your purchase. A refund will only be provided if your goods are deemed to be faulty.

We reserve the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned fails to meet our refund policy requirements.

Any exchange/s if the item(s) are returned within 14 days of receiving the item(s) if the product is unworn and has original tags attached. We will give you a store credit to repurchase the item your needing. We are happy to discuss sizing prior to purchase to save on sending back to us if it doesn't fit. We also can hold a size until you are ready to make your purchase of the other size. 

  • SALE ITEMS - We do not offer credit notes or exchanges on sale items. So choose carefully. Sale items are a final sale + returns will not be accepted for a change of mind we're sorry.
