We post every single day from our Birchip Boutique. All orders are sent out within 1-2 business days depending on high peak times and during big sales.
SHIPPING POLICY:
At Sare Store, we ship Australia-wide and internationally to bring our boutique to women all over the world. Here’s everything you need to know about getting your order to you.
PROCESSING TIMES:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Australian Shipping:
Standard Shipping Flat Rate - $10.95 - 2-7 business days.
Express Shipping $15.95 - 1-3 business days.

International Shipping:
We’re so excited to now ship to women all around the world! All international orders are sent via Australia Post International Standard with tracking. Delivery times are typically 7–14 business days depending on your location and local customs processing.
New Zealand ~ Orders up to 1kg - $20 AUD. Orders 1kg-2kg - $30 AUD - 5-8 Business Days once Shipped.
United Kingdom & Ireland ~ Orders up to 1kg - $42 AUD. Orders 1kg-2kg - $62 AUD. 7-14 Business Days once Shipped.
Europe ~ Orders up to 1kg - $42.00 AUD. Orders 1kg-2kg - $62.00 AUD. 7-14 Business Days once Shipped.
Canada ~ Orders up to 1kg - $38 AUD. Orders 1kg-2kg - $60. 7-14 Business Days once Shipped.
Asia ~ Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand. Orders up to 1kg - $35 AUD. Order 1kg-2kg - $55 AUD. 7-14 Business Days once Shipped.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES:
Sare Store does not hold responsibility for any customs charges, import duties, VAT, or local taxes that may apply to international shipments. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you’re unsure about potential charges. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at the time of purchase.
Orders refused at delivery or returned to Australia due to unpaid customs charges will incur a 15% restocking fee, plus any return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
Once a parcel has left Sare Store, it is the property of Australia Post, however if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we can only do all we possibly can to track and find your parcel for you. Contact us at hello@sarestore.com.au if you experience any delays.
We post all parcels with AUS POST and every parcel will have tracking details emailed as soon as it is posted.
ONCE YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR ORDER:
We pick and pack orders FAST to get them to you quickly. Because of this, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. If you’ve made a mistake, message us straight away - if it hasn’t been packed yet, we’ll do our best to help.
