EU & UK Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This right is provided under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel your order before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. You can do this by contacting us at:

Please include your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

Return of Goods

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of your notification. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.

Refunds

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return, whichever is earlier). The refund will include the original standard delivery cost. Express shipping upgrades are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed underwear or swimwear that has been unsealed after delivery (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items that have been worn, damaged, or returned in an unacceptable condition

Please note: once the 14-day withdrawal period has passed, you will no longer be able to initiate a return for a refund under this right. Our standard store policy will apply.

Sideline weather calls for jeans, cute tee with lace trim & this Blair barn jacket in Moss (it even has wool in it and is soo warm) and with a cool sneaker you are set. Winter date dressing without freezing. The slip-and-fur trick gives you the silhouette of summer and the warmth of a doona. Add the boot. Bold lip optional but encouraged. This slip dress even looks so stunning with the Sage Chunky Knit in Chocolate over the top and it looks like you're wearing a skirt. Perfection!
