The super comfy fit, breathable fabric and thin soft waistband make her your ride or die girl; she’s just as comfortable hanging out at the gym under those tight tights as she is saving you from a VPL on the dance floor. 

She’s the secret weapon getting you through a long day without digging in or riding up. Oh, and she thinks people who pinch strangers' bums are straight up weirdos, so she won’t do that either. She’s cool like that.

Our sizes run true to Australian standards so if you think you’re a 12, you’re probably a 12. We know it’s a bit out there for an underwear company to take such an obvious approach to sizing but there you have it. We figure you’re already pretty busy so why not take the “should I size up or down?” question out of the equation. Hopefully we’ve saved you a few minutes of your day and some mental anguish. You’re welcome.

In saying that, the Cheeky G is a versatile sort. She's designed to sit at the natural waist with a higher cut leg opening, but if you want to mix things up you can size down to sit at your natural hip.

Shipping

We process online orders during shop opening hours. Order before 1pm for same day dispatch.

Orders placed Saturday + Sunday will be posted out via Australia post on Monday.

Australian Shipping

• Flat rate $9.99 for standard shipping
• Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $150
• Express Shipping Available for $15
• We ship eligible orders via Auspost and we ship orders daily from our store located at 31 Cumming Avenue Birchip 3483 VIC.

International Shipping

New Zealand 🇳🇿  - We now ship to NZ at a shipping cost of $15.00 AUD for Standard Shipping and Express $28.50 AUD. Orders to NZ are currently taking between 5–10 business days to arrive once they depart our store.

Please include your phone number with shipping address if you are choosing Express International delivery. 

Most international orders are delivered between 15 to 20 business days, but please get in touch if you have any questions at hello@sarestore.com.au 

Please note we are not responsible for any additional duties or taxes that need to be paid on your parcel before you receive it. Please check your local laws before ordering from us. 

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available from our Birchip store during shop hours. Please wait until you receive a notification your order is ready before you come to collect. All in stock items are usually available to collect within 24 hrs. We ask you collect your order within two weeks of purchasing in case you want to return or exchange it.

Return Shipping on Exchanges

We don't cover the cost of getting an item back to us if you need to exchange the item. We do need to know before you send back to us what your sending back so please email us to let us know your order number and why.

If you receive your item and its damaged or faulty please contact us again via email at hello@sarestore.com.au so we can get this shipped back to us and we will pay for shipping back to us.

If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Full-priced items
If you need to return a full-priced item, we offer a store credit to use on a future purchase. Items must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery, unworn and with original tags attached. Return postage is at the customer’s expense.

Once your return is received and approved, your store credit will be issued and can be used online or in-store.

Faulty items
In the unlikely event your item is faulty, a refund will be provided in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Exchanges & sizing
If you’d like to exchange for a different size, we’re always happy to help where stock allows. If your preferred size is available, we can issue a store credit so you can repurchase the correct size easily.
If you’re unsure about sizing before ordering, feel free to reach out — we’re more than happy to help you choose the best fit.

Sale items
Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit, so we recommend choosing carefully.
