FROM WASTE TO YOUR MOST USED BAG
Each EAU BAG is handcrafted by skilled artisans in our dedicated studio in India. Olivia and Claudine visit their studio regularly to spend time with the team and oversee the making of each collection.

Our signature stripes are made from 100% recycled nylon - an upcycled material created from waste like discarded fishing nets, old carpets and factory off-cuts. These materials are collected, cleaned and melted down before being spun and hand-dyed into new nylon yarn.

The yarn is then woven into our durable striped fabric before being cut, stitched and assembled by hand into your most used bag.

Because these materials have lived a life before becoming an EAU BAG, you may notice subtle variations in colour, texture or stitching. These are not defects, but part of the bag’s story - proof it was made by real hands, from materials that once existed elsewhere.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
All EAU BAGS are slow-made and handcrafted in India from recycled nylon material.

They are eco-friendly and built to stand the test of time, ensuring they will become your reliable companion from here on out.

They distress naturally and may have minor imperfections, but that’s what makes them unique; these are inherent qualities of their character and charm.

To care for your EAU BAG, follow these instructions:

*Your bag arrives flat to reduce waste. Just pop a towel inside for about an hour, and it’ll take back its big, luscious shape.

*Only spot clean with a damp cloth. Avoid soaking your bag in water. Do not wash or tumble dry. Let it air dry naturally.

*No bleach, strong detergents, or abrasive cleaners.

*Keep it out of long-term direct sunlight to maintain its vibrant colours. If exposed to direct sunlight the colours will fade.

*Our bags are tough, but stuffing them beyond their limit can cause unnecessary strain on the stitching

Shipping

We process online orders during shop opening hours. Order before 1pm for same day dispatch.

Orders placed Saturday + Sunday will be posted out via Australia post on Monday.

Australian Shipping

• Flat rate $9.99 for standard shipping
• Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $150
• Express Shipping Available for $15
• We ship eligible orders via Auspost and we ship orders daily from our store located at 31 Cumming Avenue Birchip 3483 VIC.

International Shipping

New Zealand 🇳🇿  - We now ship to NZ at a shipping cost of $15.00 AUD for Standard Shipping and Express $28.50 AUD. Orders to NZ are currently taking between 5–10 business days to arrive once they depart our store.

Please include your phone number with shipping address if you are choosing Express International delivery. 

Most international orders are delivered between 15 to 20 business days, but please get in touch if you have any questions at hello@sarestore.com.au 

Please note we are not responsible for any additional duties or taxes that need to be paid on your parcel before you receive it. Please check your local laws before ordering from us. 

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available from our Birchip store during shop hours. Please wait until you receive a notification your order is ready before you come to collect. All in stock items are usually available to collect within 24 hrs. We ask you collect your order within two weeks of purchasing in case you want to return or exchange it.

Return Shipping on Exchanges

We don't cover the cost of getting an item back to us if you need to exchange the item. We do need to know before you send back to us what your sending back so please email us to let us know your order number and why.

If you receive your item and its damaged or faulty please contact us again via email at hello@sarestore.com.au so we can get this shipped back to us and we will pay for shipping back to us. 

Returns & Exchanges

If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Full-priced items
If you need to return a full-priced item, we offer a store credit to use on a future purchase. Items must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery, unworn and with original tags attached. Return postage is at the customer’s expense.

Once your return is received and approved, your store credit will be issued and can be used online or in-store.

Faulty items
In the unlikely event your item is faulty, a refund will be provided in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Exchanges & sizing
If you’d like to exchange for a different size, we’re always happy to help where stock allows. If your preferred size is available, we can issue a store credit so you can repurchase the correct size easily.
If you’re unsure about sizing before ordering, feel free to reach out — we’re more than happy to help you choose the best fit.

Sale items
Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit, so we recommend choosing carefully.
