We do offer refunds if the item isn't right, we can also offer you a credit note online and in-store if you choose that option. The item needs to be returned within 14 days of purchase, and the product must be unworn and have original tags still attached. We hope you understand the terms on returning. The postage cost or any discounts on the items will also be taken into the refund cost. The refund will be on the price you paid for the item at the time of the purchase. SALE ITEMS - We do not offer credit notes or exchanges on sale items. So choose carefully. Sale items are to be cleared and heavily discounted and we do not accept returns or refunds on these.
FAULTY ITEMS- If the product is faulty, please email us at hello@sarestore.com.au to organise a refund, credit or exchange.
UNDERWEAR & SWIMWEAR: There will be no refund or exchange on underwear. Any swimwear must have all tags and packaging still on and can have exchange or store credit.

SHIPPING - Once a parcel has left Sarë Store, it is the property of Australia Post, however if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we can do all we possibly can to track and find your parcel for you. Contact us at hello@sarestore.com.au if you experience any delays.
